WPI's sawn timber is sold domestically within the New Zealand market along with being exported throughout Asia. Product use by our customers range from feedstock for New Zealand framing grades, to weatherboard and finger joined products through to outdoor treated timber grades. In addition, our sawn timber products are used by our customers in edge glued panels and in wooden furniture manufacture. A significant volume continues to be used in the wooden packaging market, producing pallets, crates, and bins.

Typical sizes of the timber grades offered by WPI are;

Thickness 25mm, 50mm

Widths 100mm, 150mm, 200mm

Larger sizes for use in packaging or resaw applications range from 100mm up to 350mm thickness and widths from 75mm up to 350mm are available on request.

Timber packet lengths are available from 3.6m up to 6m.
